THURSDAY NIGHT BUFFET
Thursday night buffet is up and running. Del and Glenna are taking a much needed rest and because of this we are catering. Please call the Post by Wednesday so we can give a correct count to the caterer. Also, starting May 2, 2013, the price of the buffet will increase by $2.00 and will now be $12.00 per individual. The increase is due to our costs steadily going up over the past few years.
Post Meetings
We have over 575 members and only 15 members show up. That is very sad!!!!!
We will be having installation of new officers on May 7 th.
Military/Legion Challenge Coins Avalible proceeds support the Baseball Program. One coin $10.00,
3 for $25.00 or 5 for $40.00.
We need to stay in Compliance with the IRS - Please send us your DD214. If you needed it returned let us know otherwise we will mark out the SSAN and will destroy the paper version once we have it in the computer. The File is secured.

The Lawrence, Kansas Dorsey-Liberty Post No.14, American Legion is one of the nicest facilities around. The organization has served the Veterans and the community for over 89 years. Come visit with us over a cup of coffee Monday through Friday from 9am-11:30am. Our membership spans from WWII era veterans to present and we enjoy socializing with other veterans and Legion Members. Public Bingo every Saturday and Wednesday evening.
